Promoting AI Education in Taiwan

YongLin AI Textbook Publishing Project

AI Education Through Innovative Textbooks
In 2019, YongLin Foundation, in partnership with Foxconn Education Foundation, launched Introduction to Artificial Intelligence, donating 35,000 copies to 100 high schools to support teachers and students. In 2024, the foundation published The Development and Application of AI, Taiwan’s first AI book for university students and professionals, covering a wide range of AI applications.

Higher Educational AI Course Program

To cultivate young AI talent, YongLin Foundation, in collaboration with International Artificial Intelligence and Law Research Foundation, will jointly launch interdisciplinary courses on AI applications and regulatory issues on campuses starting in 2025. This initiative will gather experts in the field of AI to design a series of relevant courses and encourage colleges and universities to extend their current teaching capacities to online open course systems, allowing more people to benefit.

AI International Platform Exchange

Driving Taiwan’s AI Leadership

YongLin Foundation founder Terry Gou envisions Taiwan as a global leader in the AI revolution, boosting the country’s economic competitiveness. He aims to promote AI to drive innovation in healthcare, education, and charity. The foundation will host international forums and promote knowledge-sharing on the latest technologies to position Taiwan as a key global technology hub.
