Female Empowerment
A woman’s value should never be measured by just one role. At YongLin Foundation, we believe that dignity, ambition, and economic independence belong to every woman—whether she’s stepping into the workforce for the first time, returning after years away, or redefining herself in a new chapter of life. We are here to support that journey, amplify her voice, and ensure she never has to choose between work, worth, and womanhood.
How We Lead
In response to the United Nations’ 2030 Sustainable Development Goals and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), YongLin Foundation created the Female Empowerment Program—a multi-faceted initiative designed to break barriers and build bridges.
At the heart of this program is HER—Healthcare, Empowerment, and Redefinition. These pillars guide our work across education, advocacy, and economic opportunity:
• Career Reentry & Economic Resilience
We help women re-enter the workforce with confidence by providing resources, training, and community support that reflect the complex realities of modern womanhood.
• Dialogue & Advocacy
We host empowerment forums, expert-led workshops, and policy discussions to shine a light on the structural and social challenges working women face.
• Storytelling & Awareness
Through journalism, public campaigns, and personal narratives, we share the stories of everyday women—raising awareness, shifting mindsets, and inspiring action.
