Female Empowerment
YongLin Female Empowerment Program focuses on helping more women who wish to reshape their careers, re-enter the workforce, and those experiencing economic disadvantage find balance among their multiple identities as individuals, parents, and workers. It encourages the effective use of various resources to overcome the challenges of returning to the workplace and transforming their lives.
The program is centered around three key aspects of women’s concerns, referred to as ‘HER’: Healthcare, Empowerment, and Redefinition. It continues to focus on women’s rights and social issues, delving into the problems faced by working women in Taiwan and inviting experts from various fields to discuss solutions. This includes initiating the YongLin Women's Empowerment Forum, conducting empowerment workshops, producing news reports on special topics, and documenting personal stories. Through advocacy and socially impactful activities, it aims to raise public awareness and engagement.
