How We Lead
In alignment with the United Nations’ 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), our work focuses on promoting dignified employment and sustainable economic development for women—especially mothers navigating the balance between family and career.
In 2024, we launched the YongLin Moms’ Dream Builder Competition, a platform designed to:
• Inspire bold ideas around diverse, inclusive employment models for mothers
• Encourage social innovation through creative, grassroots proposals
• Unite public and private forces to reimagine family-friendly workplaces and community-based economies
At the heart of this initiative is a belief in the “second curve”—the idea that motherhood can be the launchpad for a renewed life path, one where dreams and responsibilities grow side by side.
