Female Empowerment
In alignment with the United Nations' 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), this initiative promotes dignified employment and economic development.
In 2024, “YongLin Moms’ Dream Builder Competition" was launched to encourage mothers to realize innovative solutions for diverse employment opportunities! This initiative seeks to foster social engagement under the theme of “Mothers’ Diverse Employment”, inviting creative proposals aligned with “Micro-Economy within Neighborhood Communities” and “Diverse and Inclusive Family-Friendly Workplaces”.
The goal is to inspire groundbreaking ideas and unite social forces to help more mothers overcome work-life challenges and create a “second curve” in their lives. Healthy and happy mothers are the foundation of healthy and happy families and societies. By generating more employment opportunities, this initiative aims to support mothers in achieving their life dreams while contributing to public welfare and sustainable social development.
