Ms. Hsin Ying Tseng participated in the "Hold Hands for a Lifetime" parent-child fun event organized by the Down Syndrome Foundation just before Mother's Day this year.
The event brought together their public childcare centers, parent-child centers, non-profit kindergartens, and other units. Through interactive parent-child game booths, it featured physical activities, artistic creation, and educational games, along with four ESG-themed booths focusing on health, friendliness, environmental sustainability, and social responsibility. This created an environment where both children and individuals with disabilities could play and learn together, fostering a joyful and inclusive space for all.
Additionally, Ms. Hsin Ying Tseng expressed her support for the Down Syndrome Foundation's establishment of a "24-hour full-time residential service" last year, which includes a multi-functional sensory classroom. This space is designed to help individuals with severe disabilities explore their environment, reduce anxiety, improve attention, and enhance interpersonal interactions through its specialized environment setup.
